About Us Mease Manor is a full-service retirement community located in delightful Dunedin, Florida. Founded in 1964 as one of the first "seniors only" communities in the country, Mease Manor has provided exceptional retirement living services for over 40 years! Operating as a Florida Not-for-Profit Corporation, Mease Manor provides independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care on a beautiful 12-acre campus. Mease Manor is directed by a 10-member Board of Trustees, with Maureen Freaney serving as Chairman. Jack M. Norton is the Executive Director for the Mease Manor community. In addition, all residents may participate in the Mease Manor Residents Association which meets monthly to discuss community business and hear guest speakers. Mease Manor is a proud member of the Florida Association of Homes for the Aging (FAHA) and the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA).

We are currently engaged in a building renovation program that will transform large parts of our campus. The renovation program is part of our commit-ment to ensure that we provide the best living experience for our residents.
