Close proximity to shopping centers and health care makes Mease Manor's location ideal.
Residency at Mease Manor includes a package of monthly services designed to complement a wide variety of interests and lifestyles. Without the burden of home maintenance and daily chores, Mease Manor residents are free to explore every facet of their retirement!
We offer residents a choice of two residency agreements - the membership agreement and the annual lease program. Both options offer the same great package of monthly services and include access to on-site health care if needed. Additional services are offered on a "fee-for-service" basis.
Membership Agreement
This option offers lifetime residency at Mease Manor even if you become unable to pay your monthly service fee. Residents choosing the membership agreement pay a one-time membership fee, based on the selected floor plan, and a low monthly service fee. Those choosing the membership agreement are provided priority access to on-site health care should the need arise.
Annual Lease Program
This option offers a standard yearly lease and does not require a membership fee. Although no lifetime residency guarantee is offered through the annual lease program, access to on-site health care service is available. |
