The all inclusive monthly service package includes the following amenities and services:

- All utilities, including electric, water, local telephone &
standard cable television
- Three nutritious meals a day plus snacks
- Bathing, dressing and personal hygiene assistance

- Daily and weekly housekeeping service including flat linens

- Scheduled transportation with day and evening excursions

- Full-time Registered Nurse as Director of Nursing
- Licensed Nursing staff available 24 hours a day

- Assistance with other healthcare referrals and resources
- Emergency nurse call system in each apartment
