Skilled Nursing Mease Continuing Care is the skilled nursing program located at Mease Manor. Our services include long-term care, sub-acute nursing service, comprehensive rehabilitation, and respite care. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay. Mease Continuing Care provides quality skilled nursing care in a home-like setting. Our goal is to enhance the dignity and personal potential of each resident. Making the Transition Mease Continuing Care's team of caregivers is commited to providing a smooth transition from hospital or home, while offering the support services necessary to meet the needs of our residents and their families. To ensure the best transition possible we design a personal care plan for each new resident in consultation with the professional staff, the resident's physician, and family members.

We encourage and plan luncheons, musical entertainment, holiday programs, and other special events for our residents, their families, and friends. These social and recreational programs are designed to improve each resident's quality of life.
